About This Class

Looking for a health and fitness routine you can enjoy with your baby? Join our Mother and Baby yoga class that will benefit the both of you. As your body is still healing from pregnancy and childbirth, our postnatal yoga class will help to gently re-introduce strengthening and soothing exercises while helping you stay connected with yourself and your baby. 

What are you waiting for? Roll out that fitness mat and enjoy our energising yoga and baby-bonding sessions!  Not only is it a great post-baby body toning workout, there are lots of benefits for your little one.

Baby Yoga Benefits

Baby Yoga stimulates all your baby’s body systems and helps to integrate all of his/her senses. At the same time, the gentle exercises help you focus on your breathing and releasing of tensions. As you feel calm and comfortable through the yoga exercises, your baby will feel settled too. This method of communication and close tactile contact enriches the quality of the bonding experience, providing a strengthened sense of security between mother and child.

About Our Yoga Instructor

Hanna is a passionate individual who believes in the power of words and movement. She completed her 200 hours Yoga Teacher’s Training with Rishikesh Yogpeeth in India. Devoted to the art of yoga, she believes that it is something indigenous, innate and has been part of us right from the beginning. She says that anybody can do Yoga and all we need is a space to express ourselves and a willing heart.
A trained Educational Therapist who works with Dyslexic students, she firmly believes in creating a creative and holistic learning ground for youths. She takes pride in storytelling and spreading some magic through her travels, photographs and writings. You can expect to take a walk through the forest, be a tree, blossom into a flower and even fly like an eagle in her class!
